Lights, Camera, Fashion: The Magic of Trax Apparel in Everybody Loves Jenifa

Have you ever watched a movie or show and found yourself completely mesmerized—not just by the story, but by the jawdropping roll out of outfits during the promotions? That’s exactly the kind of spell Everybody Loves Jenifa casts on its audience, and the secret behind those stunning and colorful Afrocentric looks on the 1st of January? It’s none other than Trax Apparel. We are the Nigerian luxury fashion house making waves in both the fashion and entertainment industries.

We don’t just create clothes. Oh no, we’re storytellers, weaving the very essence of African heritage into every stitch, every fold, and every design. Think of our pieces as wearable art—a celebration of culture, tradition, and contemporary elegance all rolled into one.

The Story Behind the Style

With Everybody Loves Jenifa, we took things to another level, bringing African culture to life through breathtaking outfits that made the cast look like royalty. Imagine bold colors, intricate details, and fabrics so rich they practically tell their own story. It’s not just fashion—it’s a love letter to our cultures.

Every piece blends traditional influences with a modern twist, creating looks that are as versatile as they are striking. Whether it's the vibrant Aso oke fabric or the meticulous Arewa embroidery, every outfit whispers (or screams!) heritage, pride, and individuality.

The Cast’s ShowStopping Looks

Let’s dive into the jawdropping ensembles that had everyone talking:

  • Funke Akindele, the queen herself, stole the spotlight in an embellished Aso oke cape paired with a halter neck top and matching pants. Regal, yet effortless.

  • Layi Wasabi brought major swagger with a bishop collar shirt, Eyo Art Agbada, kembe trousers, and a classic Awolowo cap. Talk about tradition with a dash of cool!

  • Nancy Isime? She was the epitome of elegance in a corset inner layered with a collarstoned bubu and patched pants. A mix of soft and bold perfection.

  • Lateef Adedimeji kept it sharp in a waistcoat over a kaftan and pants, all tied together with a traditional fila. Timeless and classy.

  • Stan Nze delivered a bold statement in an embellished boxy Aso oke top paired with a cultural skirt. Who says skirts aren’t for men?

  • Falz, as always, did his thing in a deconstructed multicolored Aso oke Agbada, Danshiki, and three-quarter pants. Vibrant, quirky, and ohsoFalz.

  • Omowumi Dada was nothing short of captivating in an Aso oke kimono, a bralet, and multicolored pants. Feminine meets fierce.

  • Bisola Aiyeola stunned in signature Aso oke top, with detailed sleeves and curved shaped Aso oke pants.

  • Destiny Etiko turned heads (and probably stopped traffic) in a manipulated sleeved dress adorned with Arewa embroidery. A true showstopper.

A New Era for Nollywood Fashion

We aren’t just dressing actors— we are creating a movement. By showcasing African culture in such a modern, high-fashion light, we’re elevating Nollywood’s image on a global scale. These aren’t just clothes; they’re a celebration of identity, a tribute to tradition, and a bold statement that African fashion is here to stay.
